Transition Life Skills Program


The Adult Transition Life Skills Program offers workshops designed to educate, build self-confidence, and empower individuals as they exploring new, independent lifestyle options. This program is useful for people interested in transitioning from nursing homes, residential homes, schools, shelters or other similar programs.

The Youth Transition Life Skills Program provides opportunities for youth with disabilities ages 14-28 to live a more independent life style and to become contributing members of the community. The program consists of a series of workshops and activities designed to educate, build self-confidence, and empower youth with disabilities to transition to a sustainable independent life style in which they can assume control and take responsibility for their own lives.
